Dibea E19 Vs Tineco A10 Hero

Dibea E19 Vs Tineco A10Dibea and Tineco aren’t exactly household names in the vacuum industry but the cordless category has suddenly become crowded with upstart brands. The Dibea E19 and Tineco A10 are on the lower end of prices with a lot of similarities (and some key differences). But just because they are cheaper than some of the well known companies like Dyson and Shark that doesn’t mean they don’t perform well. As you will soon see these 2 vacuums are quite capable of cleaning your floors, as long as you don’t have thicker carpets.

Before we begin with our comparison we should note that the quality of cordless vacuum cleaners has never been better. It all starts with the battery technology and more specifically lithium ion batteries. When compared to the prior generation they hold their charge for much longer while providing fade-free suction right up until they are virtually drained. This means you can keep vacuuming various rooms without any degradation of performance! We will go into more detail on the batteries that Tineco and Dibea use below.

Our comparisons usually start with some general information about each of the vacuums and then a side by side rundown in the important categories. So first let’s start with the main features that you need to be aware of in both the A10 and E19.

Dibea E19 – Main Features

The Dibea E19 is lightweight and affordable cordless vacuum with a surprising amount of suction power. You will notice a lot of the same features that are found on more popular brands which is no surprise as the entire industry is advancing at a rapid pace. For example, the E19 comes with HEPA filtration and removable lithium ion batteries to give you the tools for entire household cleaning. And while it is one of the more affordable models you still want to make sure you get your money’s worth when buying it. Here are some of the main features found on the Dibea:

  • Powerful Suction with as much as 150 air watts on MAX mode gives you the power you need to clean all floors including carpets
  • Detachable 2200mAh Lithium Ion Battery provides up to 45 minutes of runtime on Regular mode
  • Rotating LED Floor Brush has a Lay Flat design and motorized brush for maneuverability and enhanced cleaning
  • HEPA Filtration System with washable filters traps 99.97% of the smallest allergens like dust mites and pet dander from the air
  • Dual Brushes (Stiff and Soft) give you the right tool for carpeting, hardwoods, tile, and laminate
  • Handheld Mode lets you use the vacuum with a variety of attachments to clean all surfaces above floor level
  • Wall Mounted Docking Station helps you save space by keeping the Dibea E19 out of the way when not in use

Tineco A10 Hero+ – Quick Rundown

The Tineco A10 Hero+ is one of the most popular cordless vacuums sold today which is quite the statement as it was a relatively unknown brand not long ago. Tineco now has several models in their lineup with the A10 being the most affordable cordless offering. Like the E19 it weighs in just over 5 pounds so it is easy to carry around your home. It too comes with a detachable lithium ion battery but does not have as long a runtime as the Dibea (more on that below). You also get a fully sealed HEPA filtration system to trap those microscopic organisms that you cannot see. Here is a list of the main features you will get with the A10 Hero:

  • Fade-Free Suction is rated at 110 air watts of power in Max mode which is solid but less than the E19
  • Removable Lithium Ion Battery charges quickly and provides about 25 minutes of runtime in Regular mode
  • Fully Sealed HEPA Filtration has 4 different stages to trap particles down to the size of 0.3 microns and since it is sealed they have no chance of escape
  • Quick Handvac Conversion gives you the ability to clean furniture, bedding, curtains, and your car interior in little time
  • Wall Mounted Storage/Charging lets you store the main vacuum along with 3 accessories to keep things organized when not in use
  • Full Sized Multi-Tasker Brush has a large LED light and robust brushes to deep clean carpeting
  • One-Touch Dustbin keeps the dust and dirt particles away from your skin when emptying

Suction Power

Since both of these cordless vacuums are marketed to clean your entire home, suction power is a pretty important quality to consider. When pulling embedded dust particles up from the fibers you need to have enough power to do the job. The Tineco A10 Hero+ is rated to pull about 110 air watts of suction on their Max setting which is slightly less than the typical corded upright. Whether or not this is acceptable really depends on the types of carpets you have. If they are thick or high pile then you would want more power than this (see their A11 model) but for area rugs and hard floors this is more than enough.

The Dibea E19 pulls quite a bit more when used in their Max mode, about 150 air watts. For carpets this is a big advantage as you can deep clean them when you reach an especially difficult spot. It’s surprising that a relatively inexpensive cordless vacuum cleaner would have this much power but they definitely wanted to stand apart from their competition. Again, this is only really a necessary quality if you have thicker rugs where the extra power is needed. But for the overall power category the Dibea has an edge.

Filtration

Dibea E19 HEPA FilterFiltration is another important consideration when comparing modern vacuums. Both of the Tineco A10 Hero and Dibea E19 come with HEPA filters that are rated to remove more than 99% of the smallest of allergens that they typically measure (0.3 microns). This is especially important for those individuals with asthma or indoor allergies which can be triggered by things like dust mites, mold spores, and even pollen. A HEPA system can help alleviate that if used on a regular basis.

The biggest difference is the Tineco has been rated to have a fully sealed system which means that anything trapped stays inside the collection bin where it belongs. Sometimes with a bagless vacuum you can see dust escape and collect on the body during use which is an indication that particles are getting out. Not that this is a problem with the Dibea but something that needs to be noted. The Tineco A10 has a very slight advantage in the filtration category.

Battery Technology

Tineco A10 Battery ChargerBatteries are another very important part of a cordless vacuum cleaner. You are relying on them to supply the power for spinning the brushes and generating the suction. Lithium ion technology has made its’ way through the industry and greatly improved the quality of the vacuums. You get longer runtime and fade-free power until the battery is drained which gives you what you need when cleaning your entire household.

Both the Tineco and Dibea have removable lithium ion batteries so you can purchase extra or replace them as needed. The Dibea does have an advantage in terms of runtime and power as you can use it for upwards of 45 minutes depending on the type of floor. Plus it pulls even more air watts so you not only get longer runtimes but also more suction when you need it. For this reason the Dibea takes the top spot in the battery comparison.

Final Thoughts

Both of these cordless vacuum cleaners are affordable and give you the ability to clean your entire home on a single charge. The Dibea E19 is more powerful and has a longer lasting battery so it is recommended for larger homes or those with more carpeted rooms. You shouldn’t need an extra battery for a medium to large sized house, and you do get all the typical attachments like various nozzles and a motorized brush. Overall it represents a great value even though it is somewhat unknown. Click here to learn more and to check current pricing at our recommended supplier.

The Tineco A10 Hero+ is a popular cordless vacuum with a longer track record of solid performance. While not as powerful as the Dibea it is certainly no slouch and Tineco does have the larger A11 for those with the need. The A10 Hero+ comes with excellent filtration and a long list of attachments to really give you all you need for any surface. If you have a larger home though, it would be recommended to at least explore the idea of buying an extra battery pack so you can double the runtime.
